Request an Appointment
It all starts with making the first appointment! You can contact us at any time to set up your appointment, or if it’s after hours, you can use the convenient appointment request form to request a time to meet with our staff.
What to Bring
Depending on your reason for working with us, we have provided the most common documents that we will need to see from you, even on the first visit. The more prepared we both are prior to our first meeting, the quicker we will see results. If you have any questions when gathering these documents, don’t hesitate to contact our office. We will help you any way we can.

Tax planning meeting:
- Summary of year to date income and expenses
- A current backup of your QuickBooks file if applicable
- Questions for Ritter Adair
Tax preparation:
- Two prior years tax returns
- All current year tax documents
- Your contact information and birthdate
- A current backup of your QuickBooks file if applicable
Financial Statement preparation:
- Two prior years financial statements
- A current backup of your QuickBooks file if applicable
- Prior year depreciation schedule
